Who We Are
This website is operated by the Regulators MC Palm Bay Chapter, a chapter of the Regulators MC Nation, for the purpose of sharing public information about the chapter and providing a private portal for verified members.
Public Pages
You can browse the Home, Events, Gallery, and Contact pages without creating an account or providing any personal information. We do not run tracking analytics or advertising scripts on these pages.
The Gallery page embeds our public Facebook feed, and this page and others reference Google Fonts. These third-party services may set their own cookies or collect data according to their own privacy policies, which we don't control:
Members Portal
Accounts are created by chapter officers for verified members only — there is no public sign-up. When an account is created, we store:
- Your email address and display name
- Your role within the chapter (e.g. Member, Officer, Secretary)
- Any RSVPs you submit for private events
- Any announcements or content you post as an officer
This information is used only to run the members portal — the directory, the bulletin board, and event planning. We do not sell or share member information with outside parties, and we do not use it for marketing.
Account and member data is stored with Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider. Their privacy practices are described at supabase.com/privacy.
Meeting Minutes
Meeting minutes are shared with logged-in members through an embedded Google Drive folder, maintained by the chapter secretary. Access is restricted to the members portal.
Data Retention & Removal
We keep member account information for as long as you're an active member. If you'd like your account or data removed, contact an officer at regulatorsmcpalmbay@gmail.com.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect member information, including restricting portal access to authenticated accounts and using industry-standard authentication practices. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
